Hi all, This is an affordable room in Westminster available for a kind and clean person. Looking for someone to move in during April or May 2024. The room is in the basement and has two windows. Your roommates would include guys in their late twenties/early thirties, pretty quiet bunch. If you enjoy gardening, you're welcome to plant and grow some plants and flowers. I've also got a large bay window for house plants. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in the Westminster near Boulder. Rent is $750 + utilities equally split (~50 bucks/month), no smoking, no pets, and there is a garage. If you want to rent the garage for your car it's $50/month. Deposit is one month rent. Lease is month to month after the first 6 months, no reason to lock you into a 12 month lease. Keep it simple, 30 day notice for move out. It's important to me that whoever lives here is nice and reasonable to live with. If you enjoy household drama or like to leave your dishes in the sink, then this place isn't for you. In the house: Air conditioning, two refrigerators, washer, dryer, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor shed for storage. No pets. Don't mind occasional edibles but house is not a good fit for smokers.
