SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Coordinator HR Reporting will be responsible for collecting and reporting HR data. The HR Coordinator will support the reporting team with ad hoc report requests, loading data to reporting system(s), maintaining dashboards as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB
Responsibilities:
- Generate standard and ad hoc report requests submitted via Direct Connect (ServiceNow).
- Load data from multiple systems into Tableau on a consistent schedule or ad hoc as needed.
- Create and maintain dashboards in ServiceNow to support business cycle case management reporting.
- Act as a point of contact to provide reports for key questions that arise from operational tasks and projects associated with HR s goals and initiatives.
- Maintain and make continuous improvements to the HR Data Dictionary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1
years of relevant experience working with data and reporting. - Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), inclusive of pivot tables, charts/graphs for reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain deadlines.
- PeopleSoft, ServiceNow and Tableau experience a plus.
The budgeted range starts at $15.00-$24.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
