Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

We are looking for experienced hands-on software engineers to lead efforts in developing software for Observability and Management. You will take an active role in defining and developing next generation of storage monitoring software. Required Knowledge/Skills:
BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field.
At least 5 years experience in application development.
Computer Science fundamentals in data structures and algorithm design.
Solid experience in programming languages such as, Java, Python, JavaScript.
At least 3 years of experience developing applications in UNIX based environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
Strong customer focus, ownership and drive to go beyond what's required.
Preferred Skills:
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience building Storage and Cloud applications.
Knowledge of database and application servers, such as, MySQL, Apache.
Agile development and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
