Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Technical Project Manager
OVERVIEW
Digital advertising utilizes some of the most challenging and interesting technology to solve critical targeting, measurement and ID translation issues in order to make an impact on consumer experiences. With a complex technology landscape, comes the need for organized and critical thinkers to drive successful technical product solutions.
As a Technical Project Manager, we are looking for you to effectively translate technical drivers into tangible platforms that are managed centrally but worked by a disperse team of software engineers. You will engage with an experienced, cross-disciplinary staff to drive technical solutions which improve the infrastructure that powers many of the largest advertisers and ad tech companies in the world.
This role requires a collaborative and detailed approach. You will be expected to understand the business value behind the technology changes you are implementing. You will need to take a lead role partnering across multiple teams, locations and time zones. You will need to negotiate between technical improvements and product enhancements. We are looking for candidates who appreciate the value of positive and strong communication styles and who enjoy solving hard problems in a team-based environment utilizing Agile at Scale best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation
Manages leadership as well as team expectations and can balance both with ease
Creates and maintains relationships across the organization
Organizes, conducts, and attends meetings with project teams to facilitate all levels of agile planning
Understands tech debt and can provide a vision and business justification as to why technical enhancements must be considered
Removes obstacles blocking or slowing down the teams
Quickly identifies and communicates risks and works to resolve them
Enables swift coordination across projects when multiple teams are required to solve a single product development challenge
Can juggle multiple projects at one time
Slices and dices status reporting to provide appropriate updates to multiple types of stakeholders
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Strong knowledge of Internet technologies and cloud infrastructure. Preferred experience in adtech/marketing industry
Experience as a project manager on infrastructure platforms
Collaboration enthusiast with an Agile/Kanban/Scrum background. Bonus points for Scaled Agile experience/training/certification
Relationship-builder with a genuine interest in helping others succeed
Independent thinker with a bias toward action
Ability to roll with it when changes come your way but asks thoughtful questions to understand context
A stickler for doing things the right way and making things right. A stickler for details, but not paralyzed by them.
8 years' experience in relevant, innovative project management job functions
Bachelor's degree from a top university, or appropriate work experience working on well-known software products
