Job Description:
RESPONSIBLE HOUSEKEEPER AND GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN BROOMFIELD
Our national multi-family management company seeks to fill two positions on a gorgeous Class A property in Broomfield.
Housekeeper:
Six months of previous general apartment or institutional housekeeping experience is preferred. On the job training is available. Experience with using broom, mop and knowledge of chemicals used for cleaning preferred. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing vacant apartments for move-in and cleaning community offices, club room, laundry rooms, models and exercise rooms on daily basis.
Our national multi-family management company seeks a responsible, hard-working Grounds Technician/Porter with an eye for detail to join our Broomfield team on a beautiful, Class A property.
Groundskeeper/Porter:
Six months of stable employment in customer service or related field preferred. Skills can be learned on the job. Experience with using steam clean machine, wet dry vacuum, broom/rake and leaf blowing machine, pool chemical testing procedures and kits, and tools used for apartment make-ready duties is preferred. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Responsibilities include removing trash, daily cleaning and maintaining pool, cleaning carpets, watering plants, flowers and grass on property, power washing and assisting housekeeping with cleaning office, ground, vacant apartments and common areas.
