POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Customer Logistics Specialist will proactively lead the resolution of all issues related to customer orders. They are the face of WhiteWave to our customers. They initiate all communication between the Customer, the RBM/Broker and other members of the Customer Logistics team to resolve issues from order receipt thru delivery and communicate order status throughout the process to those same stakeholders.
They facilitate communication with carriers to ensure all deliveries are appointed in the appropriate time frame. They will also monitor pickups/deliveries to communicate issues regarding on time pick-up and delivery between the carrier and the customer. In addition, they will measure fill rate and on time service levels per customer, and support departmental KPIs.
Partners with Customer Service Managers and Customer Supply Chain Managers to develop process improvements across the Supply Chain that would improve service to the customer
Recognizes when current processes are outdated or invalid and suggests alternative solutions
Leads resolution of issues with customer orders by partnering with Production Planning and Demand Planning. Successful resolution requires knowledge of Supply Chain and Order to Cash process. Communicates throughout the resolution process with both internal Sales and the customer
Executes and evaluates customer scorecards and attends on-site customer meetings to enhance service levels and business relationships
Responsible for maintaining customer service performance including root cause analysis and managing service to targets
Monitors customer Purchase Orders to ensure appointments have been made with an adequate amount of time. Works with the carriers via email and Lean Logistics to communicate any pickup or delivery issues to the customer
Works with Carriers, field Sales, Demand Planning and Production Planning to produce needed reports, resolve issues, and communicate final resolution
Education and Experience:
4 Year degree (3-5 years relevant experience or 1-3 years internal experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Minimum 1-3 years related work experience
SAP OTC experience in Order Processing and Logistics, understanding of SAP pricing procedure, Supply Chain experience, and understanding of credit and returns processing is preferable

Ability to apply a logical and comprehensive approach to problem solving
Strong attention to detail for both accuracy and content
Uses decisive judgment to resolve issues with the appropriate sense of urgency
Ability to maintain productivity and professionalism while under pressure to meet strict deadlines and balance multiple priorities
Must be able to work well in a self-managed team environment. This includes cooperatively scheduling work, vacation, hours and team task assignments

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
