Are you passionate about health & wellness and want to make an extraordinary difference in people's lives? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Coordinator to join our Accounting & Finance Team.
The AP/AR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Verify coding, approvals, and appropriate documentation for all invoices.
- Prepare and perform weekly payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and send a segment of customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process customer payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Collections:
- Monitor and track past due accounts receivable.
- Contact customers to resolve outstanding payment issues necessary.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline AP/AR processes and improve efficiency.
- Recommend and implement changes to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain documentation of AP/AR procedures and controls.
Compliance and Controls:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Assist in audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.
g.
, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The annual salary for this position ranges between $25.
00 - 30.
00 per hour, DOE.
This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.
