I am looking for a reliable personal assistant to help support me in my at-home business and household tasks to improve professional productivity.
Tasks would include:
Organizing & managing content Scheduling Email and social media response Household tasks (cleaning or light food prep) Local errands Opportunities for growth and increase pay with good work ethic Start at part-time with room to grow
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails - Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in using social media, email services and google suite.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Basic proofreading skills for reviewing documents for errors or inconsistencies - Bonus:
