Major Job Functionso Serves as the lead point of contact for each assigned implementation project between internal teams and with clients to ensure clear and coordinated communications.
o Develops and manages project plans from original concept through final implementation, including scope, schedule, budget and resources.
o Assigns internal cross-functional resource to implementation projects based on judicious capacity planning.
o Develops and coordinates project risk identification, quantification, response, and control (project risk management plans).
o Monitors, documents and reports on project progress via designated tools and templates.
o Validates quality objectives are achievedo Schedules all client meetings and critical path activities and coordinates internal resource support as needed.
o Requests and schedules all testing and training activities with client.
o Adheres to all project management standard operating procedures.
o Manages multiple projects or large programs concurrently, including multi-facility, multi-product programs.
Supervisiono Manages concurrent projects or large client programs ( 2 or more products and $10k or more in 1st year revenue)o Adheres to all client implementation processes and project management standard operating procedureso Constructively improves processo Motivates and influences internal and client resources to drive successful project execution (at least 80% successful go live per schedule)o Escalates project risks and develops mitigation planso Collects and shares lessons learned across the teamo Proactively solicits client feedback through customer satisfaction surveys and reference able clients General Qualificationso Works autonomously with minimal oversight to execute milestones and resolve risks and issues.
o Does not need management input to determine risk/issue mitigation/resolution plans.
o Provides overall project status reporting and tracking of deliverables.
o Contributes to overall revenue by bringing projects/products live per plans.
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
o 7-10 years' project management experienceo PMP certification or equivalent on-the-job experienceo Healthcare experience or client software project management experience preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilitieso Strong leadership skills.
o Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.
o Knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.
o Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong knowledge of or capacity to understand business unit products and operations.
o Strong organization skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
o Ability to travel.
