Broomfield, CO Broomfield, CO Full-time Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 a year $65,000 - $75,000 a year 7 hours ago 7 hours ago 7 hours ago About You The Guest Technology Analyst is primarily responsible for maintaining the menu and ordering configurations of all supporting platforms - Aloha, OLO (or other online presence), Noodles Rewards, digital signage and kitchen display.
This role collects requirements as changes are required, develops all necessary configurations and ensures that the defined quality assurance processes are completed to minimize errors.
In addition, this role actively participates in the execution of other Guest Technology Team initiatives.

Pay range:

com/careers/perks/ Your Day in the Life Develop, test, submit for QA review and deploy menu changes through all systems - likely including Aloha POS, OLO (or other online ordering solution), Noodles Rewards, digital signage and kitchen display.
Serve as the main IT Department representative in all meetings, forums and processes involved in the menu change lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to improve this process and share with IT Department leadership.
Maintain documentation of the full menu change lifecycle including processes and systems.
Maintain a working knowledge of other platforms owned by the Restaurant Systems Team to serve as a backup when necessary.
Provide technical and product knowledge to other members of the IT Department.
Serve as an escalation point for the IT Support team both during and after office hours as needed.
What You Bring to the Team 3 years of multi-unit, retail technology experience preferred- - specifically POS technology architecture and integration with related technologies Planning and deploying complex technical solutions across geographically dispersed outlets POS maintenance including menu management, KDS (Kitchen Display Systems) configuration, platform upgrades and integrations Enabling and contributing to the success of the IT Support Team (tier 1/helpdesk/tier 2) Demonstrated subject matter expertise with NCR/Aloha POS software and hardware configurations:
Aloha QuickService Connected Payments Command Center Configuration Center Insight Stored Value Aloha Kitchen (KDS) Touch Screen Terminals HME Drive Thru Zoom Timers OLO Process discipline in development and testing methodologies and quality assurance/control Technical knowledge of network, PC, handheld, wireless and platform operating systems Proven customer service orientation, especially troubleshooting remote technical issues Ability to work in a team-orientated, collaborative environment on large projects with multiple departments, team members, and vendors Strong written and verbal communication skills with end users, vendors, and team members Noodles is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
