The Role Responsible for providing leadership, planning, project management and management of Lumen's HR Technology environment including the SuccessFactors HCM suite. The position is the functional and technical expert for all HR technology. The role is also the liaison between SAP/SuccessFactors, 3rd party vendors, and our internal Information Technology partners in supporting, creating, maintaining and upgrading our technology processes and platforms to meet the business needs. This position will report to the Director of HR Operations. People & Program Leadership Skills:
People Leadership Lead the HR Technology function in the management of day to day activities to support HR and other related functions. Serve as liaison between HR, IT, external vendors and functional support teams. Leads and develops approximately 5-10 professional level HR Technology team members. Program Leadership Interface with HR COE leaders and other stakeholders to effectively support the implementation of their strategies through technology enablement. Serve as subject matter expert on SuccessFactors HCM modules and partner with key business stakeholders to recommend and implement the necessary functional modifications and enhancements to SuccessFactors HR modules, based on needs analysis. Interpret HR policies and translate them into HR Technology systems process procedures. Technology & Project Leadership Skills:
Technology Leadership Manage Lumen's SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals) Develop and maintain SuccessFactors role based security standards/documentation and reporting for the function. Develops and monitors people related procedures and transactions and improves information gathering, input processing and data reporting. Ensure efficient and effective end user process workflows for SuccessFactors Self-Service in an accurate and timely manner. Assist in HR Technology integration of acquired/divested companies. Project Leadership Manage projects associated with implementing new functionality and/or enhancements to existing SuccessFactors environment, including requirements analysis and documentation, testing and deployment change management. Based on business needs, negotiate project priorities and support. Provide recurring reports on the current state of the HR Technology environment. Participate in the ongoing development and execution of the HR/IT roadmap (including applications/modules, release strategy, testing, training and roll-out). Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in related technology or human resources discipline or equivalent education. 7
years of HR Technology/HR process experience 2
years of supervisory experience A minimum of five years of experience with multiple SuccessFactors HCM modules Demonstrated consultative skills in a corporate environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and provide leadership on large and complex projects Demonstrated ability to manage the technical relationship between HR, IT, payroll and third party providers. Demonstrated ability to lead by example and contribute to team's output, as needed, in order to ensure team member success. Business acumen to properly apply HR Technology solutions to business needs.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
