Troubleshoot various tickets, device/printer issues, password reset, VPN, active directory, group policy, basic networking Helping clients from different industries, provide top tier service, treat clients as if they were your own Contributing to and expanding upon comprehensive online knowledge base for IT staff and end users Assisting in the development of all standard and custom workstation configurations; self-service software catalogs, and ongoing application installations Participating in the testing of all end-user related software including all appropriate patches and updates across the organization Qualities you will bring:
Ability to configure and troubleshoot end-user issues within Microsoft (MS) Office 365 Office Online, OneDrive, OneNote, and O365 Administration MCSA:
Win10, MCSA:
Office365, ITIL:
Foundation, and/or CompTIA Demonstrated experience, support at the enterprise-level Proven knowledge of and adherence to IT network, computer, server, and device security best practices Experience working within a small team, using ticketing system, working with a variety of issues and environments MSP experience is a must #LI-BE1 #INAPR2024 Recommended Skills Administration Group Policy Itil Knowledge Base Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (Mcsa) Microsoft Office Apply to this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
