Senior HR Services Coordinator

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Senior HR Services Coordinator works closely with the Manager, HR Services to administer the enterprise wide activities related to the administration of relocation, severance, tuition reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, HR policies and procedures, HR communications, maintaining the HR section of the WWF intranet, accurate filing of EEO-1, VETS-100, and Affirmative Action Plans for the company.

Responsibilities:
Assist with set up with of new employees in Concur, Accounts Payable, and Amex
Leave Administration - work with employees to initiate STD and/or FMLA claims, monitor activity with MetLife, coordinate leave pay with payroll, and assist HRBP with return to work. Actively participate in centralizing the Leave Administration process company wide
Tuition Reimbursement
Maintain companywide organization charts
Maintain bonus accrual spreadsheet weekly
Fitness Reimbursements
Support annual people processes
Manage posting of materials on the HR Intranet
Maintain HR forms
Severance Administration
Relocation Administration
VETS100, EEO1, and AAP reporting
Other duties as assigned
PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATONS:
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of experience and education
2
years of HR-related experience required; previous experience in CPG or Manufacturing strongly preferred
3
years administrative or support experience in an office environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess fundamental knowledge of human resources laws, practices and procedures
Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks successfully without losing composure or lowering productivity
Able to maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with employee, candidate and company information
Team player who is highly customer service-oriented, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure
Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work a flexible work schedule, as required
PC proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel; Ability to navigate HRIS systems including ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with Paylocity, Cornerstone and Kronos applications strongly preferred
