Volt is looking for an outstanding part-time administrative/reception professional for a 9- week assignment in Broomfield, CO. Our client is a top leader in online technology and eCommerce platforms. Looking for a self-starter that enjoys helping others and is great on the phone! This position will start Tuesday June 10th to Friday August 8th, and work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm.
Greeting/directing business visitors, suppliers, and employees.
Receiving, sorting and distributing mail & FedEx preparation
Providing support to customer service team as needed
Additional duties, including clerical support as required
Maintain office supply inventory and orders office supplies as needed
Responsible for issuance of visitor badges according to company established policy
Administrative support duties as assigned.
Responsible for scheduling meetings or interviews, typing letters and reports, and miscellaneous filing
## Job Requirements
HS Diploma or Equivalency required
Professional in demeanor and appearance
Ability to multi-task
Experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Self motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure, with excellent time management skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, humor and helpfulness when dealing with difficult situations
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Sound judgment and the ability to problem solve
